摘要
加强党的执政能力建设,关键是要巩固社会主义制度的基础。要巩固社会主义的经济基础、思想基础和阶级基础,必须坚持党的工人阶级先锋队的性质。
The key of administration ability of the CPC is that consolidating the foundation of the socialist system,including economic base,thought foundation,class foundation and adhere to the nature of the vanguard of the working class of the CPC.
