摘要
中国现阶段私营企业主的捐赠行为越来越普遍,这将在一定程度上推动社会公正的实现。但是,如果没有相应的鼓励政策与有效的监督机制,私营企业主的增多并不必然带来社会公益事业的健康发展。
In China today, the number of private enterpriser is increasing.Personal donating is getting a universal social phenomena,this will promote social just in some degree. But if there are not encouraging policies correspondingly and effective monitoring mechanism, the increasing of private enterpriser is not bound to result in a healthy development of public welfare work.
