摘要
家族企业任人惟亲的用人制度一是因外部环境风险大而迫不得已 ,二是有它的内在优越性与科学性。应该在尽量降低其负面效果的情况下大力提倡它们的这种做法。
Family enterprise's system of personnel placement is to appoint people by favoritism.The reasons for that are:first,enterprise has no alternative and it always faces great external risk;second,the system is sometime scientific and has some advantages.We should encourage the method but try to decrease the by-effect.
