Clinical Application of CT Fluoroscopy and Pinpoint Guided Percutaneous Transthoracic Biopsy

目的 :探讨 CT透视及 Pinpoint导引下胸部活检术。方法 :CT透视及 Pinpoint导引胸部病灶活检 33例 ,其中肺 2 9例 ,纵隔 2例 ,胸壁 2例。 Pinpoint导引经皮穿刺活检 5例 ,CT实时监控透视导引经皮穿刺活检 2 8例。结果 :33例活检刺中率 97.0 % (32 / 33) ,活检正确率为 97.0 % (32 / 33) ,并发症为轻、中度气胸 ,发生率为 6 .1% (2 /33) ,无出血感染等并发症。结论 :应用 CT近台实时监控透视及 Pinpoint导引胸部活检定位精确 ,创伤小 ,安全性高 ,操作时间短 ,具有临床应用价值。

Objective To discuss the application of CT fluoroscopy and Pinpoint guided percutaneous transthoracic biopsy in thorax.Methods CT fluoroscopy and Pinpoint guided percutaneous transthoracic biopsy was performed in 33 patients.The biopsy loci located in lung (29 cases), mediastinum (2 cases), and chest (2 cases). 5 cases and 28 cases were performed in Pinpoint guided and CT fluoroscopy respectively.Results The hit ratio of needle puncture was 97 %(32/33).The accuracy of biopsy was 97 %(32/33).The complication was mild or moderate pneumothorax.The incidence rate was 6 %(2/33). Bleeding and infection were not observed.Conclusion CT fluoroscopy and Pinpoint guided percutaneous transthoracic biopsy is a safe, accurate, less invasive and valuable method.
