摘要
目的 :探讨高血压病患者脂肪餐后血脂的代谢变化。方法 :测定 37例原发性高血压患者和 4 5例正常血压者空腹、脂肪餐后 2 h、4 h、6 h、8h的血清甘油三酯 (TG)、总胆固醇 (TC)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇 (HDL- C)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇 (L DL - C)、脂蛋白 (a) [L p(a) ]、载脂蛋白 A1 (Apo A1 )和载脂蛋白 B(Apo B)。结果 :高血压病组空腹及餐后各时间点的 TG和 TC曲线下面积均显著高于对照组 (P<0 .0 5 ) ;高血压病组餐后 2 h、4 h、6 h、8h的 HDL - C降低 (P<0 .0 5 ) ,TC、HDL- C、Apo B则显著升高 (P<0 .0 5 ,P<0 .0 1,P<0 .0 1)。结论 :高血压病患者脂肪餐后 TG水平异常升高 ,伴 HDL- C的降低是其血脂代谢异常的重要内容之一。
Objective To probe the postprandial lipids metabolization for persons with essential hypertension(EH).Methods The TG,TC, HDL-C,LDL-C, ApoA, ApoB and Lp(a) concentration of serum at fasting and 2、4、6、8 h after fat meal were determined for 37 hypertension and 45 persons with normal blood pressure.Results The TG and Area under triglyceride currve (TG Auc) concentration for hypertension were considerably higher than those for control group (P<0.05). HDL-C concentration of pastprandial 2 h、4 h、6 h、8 h of hypertension group was significantly lower(P<0.05), and TC, LDL-C, ApoB were significantly increasing (P<0.05, P<0.01,P<0.01).Conclusion The TG removal rate is delayed and HDL-C is decreasing for hypertensic group,this is very important in disorder of lipids metabolization for hypertension.
