摘要
随着社会主义市场经济体制的建立和加入WTO,我国劳动关系发生了深刻变化,工会工作的领域更加广泛、对象日趋多元、环境日益多变,对传统的工会工作思路等提出了许多新的挑战,迫切要求进行工会理论和工作方式的创新和探索。
With the development of a socialist economic market and China's WTO entry, great changes have taken place in industrial relations in China.The scale of trade union work is more extensive, the objective of trade union work is more plural, and environment is more changeable.All of these put forward new challenges to traditional trade union work thinking and require an innovation and exploration of trade union theory and style of work.
