奶牛经济性状QTL作图研究现状

摘要 合理的资源群体、高密度的遗传标记图谱和科学的生物统计方法是奶牛数量性状座位作图研究的三个前提条件:奶牛资源群体的试验设计方法主要有父女设计和孙女设计以及美国等国家正在建立的F2设计;生物统计分析方法中多种分析模型应用和相关软件的开发为QTL作图提供了工具;DNA样品采集及基因型测定方法上有了一定的改进。到目前位置,已经检测到多个奶牛数量性状QTL,对这些已经检测到的QTL进行精细定位是今后研究的重点之一。 The methods of biology statistics analysis and high density genetic marker map are three premises for QTL mapping, daughter design, granddaughter design and F2 design are three experiment design for QTL mapping in dairy cattle; progress on sampling and gene-type analysis were made, and a few QTL in dairy cattle were detected in recent years. Precise mapping the detected QTL is one of the emphasis in the future。
