摘要
辨证治疗下肢深静脉血栓形成116例,分为湿热下注、血淤湿重、脾胃阳虚三型,以内服中药为主,配合外治疗法。提出治疗本病的关键在于早期诊断,早期治疗,活血化淤应贯穿于治疗过程中。晚期病人多遗留下肢深静脉血栓形成综合征。
116 cases of venous thrombosis of extremitas inferior weretreated according to differentiation. All cases were defined into threetypes: damp and heat, blood stasis and damp, spleen and stomach-Yang defi-ciency. Oral madicine were given mainly combined with external therapy.The author suggests that early diagnosis, early treatment, activativng blooand dissolving staisis are the key for treating the disease. Advanced pa-tiont often had sequela of syndrom of venous thrombosis of extrmitas infe-rior.
