摘要
本文报道长鬣蜥(Physignathus cocincinus)有丝分裂染色体及C-,Ag-带以及减数分裂联会复合体核型。染色体数2n=36,NF=48,核型组成为12V+24m(V为双臂大染色体,其中No.2为亚中着丝粒染色体,m为微小染色体)。结构异染色质主要分布在小染色体上。一对Ag-NORs分布于第2对亚中着丝粒染色体末端。
C-, Ag-banded mitotic chromosomes and synaptonemal complex (SC) of Physignathus co-cincinus are reported in this paper. The diploid chromosome number is 2n = 36(12V + 24m, V is used for metacentric and submetacentric chromosome of the macrochromosome, m for mi-crochromosome), NF = 48. The C-bands locate mainly on all of the microchromosomes. A pair of NORs is distributed on the terminal of No.2 submetacentric chromosome.The different stages of meiosis in Physignathus cocincinus gonads are reported. A micro-spreading synaptonemal complex from spermatocytes is studied by electron microscopy. The SC karyotype of the Physignathus cocincinus with 18 bivalents has been constructed.
