摘要
羊蹄角碱提取物500mg/kg,1000mg/kg对小白鼠醋酸扭体法、热板法疼痛有镇痛作用,对大白鼠琼脂、白陶土混合致炎剂和组织胺、蛋清、甲醛所致足跖炎性肿胀有抑制作用,并能减少大白鼠纸片法肉芽组织增生。
Basic extracts of sheep's hoof horn 500mg/kg presented effect of analgesia to pain from acetic acid twist method and hot plate method of small white rats. The basic extracts also inhibited inflammation from agar, kaolin, histaminase, egg white, methanal and reduced granulation tissue hyperplasia at big white rats.
