如今一提起安全生产,人们常说"安全生产形势严峻",这似乎成了一句官话.一开会便是这个问题、那个问题,总之问题很多.归纳起来,问题主要是领导不重视,资金短缺,人手不够.于是得出结论:形势不好,工作难做,前景黯淡,搞安全工作没有出路.

The establishment of the State Administration of Work Safety as well as the enactment and implementation of the State Council Provisions on Investigating for Administrative Responsibility of Major Accidents and Law of Work Safety of PRC are the foundations for improving work safety. Although there are still a lot of problems in work safety, and some of them are even very serious, work safety has penetrated into the counties, townships as well as villages. This, one must admit, is a great progress in the field of work safety
