摘要
本文提出了标准数模转换器件的误差分解方法及一种新的误差检定方法。检定参数包括满码误差、零位误差和非线性误差三部分,非线性误差可以不依赖专用的标准,足够准确地自校出来。这种自校方法可以大大地减少检定工作量。
An error dividing method and a new error calibrating methodof reference DAC are discribed.Calibrated parameters include full range error,zero error and unlinear error.The unlinear error of reference DAC can becalibrated by self with enough accuracy independ on the specialed referenceand this method can reduce the calibration work greatly.
