摘要
本文介绍了一种由作者设计的、由两个单片机控制的智能遥测式电子衡。文章着重论述了为提高遥测系统精度、稳定性和可靠性在系统硬件和软件设计中使用的一些重要方法和技术。它们是:1.用电压比率测量法消除电源电压变化对测量结果的不利影响。2.创造性地设计一种遵从电压比率测量法规则的偏置电源,使仪用放大器的输出产生偏移,从而使系统测试内分辨率提高一倍。3.数字滤波技术减小随机误差和偶然干扰的影响。4.使用校准数据修正系统误差。5.用自动零跟踪技术克服系统的缓慢漂移。6.严格的检错方法用于检查无线数据传输,保证了系统的可靠性。以上方法和技术使系统性能达到国际OIMLⅡ级秤标准。这些方法和技术也可用于其他模拟量测量和遥测系统中。
This paper introduces an intelligent telemetric electronic scalebased on two monolithic micro-computers designed by writers,the paper discu-sses emphatically main important methods and techniques used in hardwareand software design to enhance system accuracy,stability and reliability.Thesemethods and techniques are following: 1.Voltage ratio measurement method eliminates unfavourable effect on testresult caused by power supply variation. 2.Creatively developed bias voltage which follows ratio measurement rulesshifts the instrument amplifier output,as a result system test interior reso-lution is increased by one time. 3.Digital filtering technique weakens the bad effect of random error andoccasional interference. 4.Correct system error with calibration data. 5.Automatic null-tracking technique overcomes slow system drift. 6.Stringent error-detecting method checks the radio transmitting data toguarantee system reliability. All items above mentioned make system specifications fulfill the class Ⅲscales standard of OIML.These methods and techniques can also be appliedto other analogue measurement system or telemetric test system.
