分析了我国农业生产中的劳动力资源价格优势和现阶段农业生产中存在的主要问题,提出了农业生产技术公司+农户的生产组织模式,以农业生产技术公司为龙头,向农户提供生产计划、技术服务和产品收购等服务,农户安公司要求从事农产品生产,这样才能提高我国农产品的国际竞争能力.
The author analyzed the advantage of agro—labours and the disadvantage of the farm in China,and point out the mode of'agricultural technology company + farmer'.The agricultural technology company will provide the plan of production,the technology needed in the production,and purchase the certified farm product.The farmer produced agricultural products according to standard of the technology compaqny required.Ding so,the competition ability of Chinese farm products in the world would be advanced.
