摘要
本文提出一种新的计算非线性问题的逐次修正法,解决了波纹膜盒的非线性问题,得出了挠度——载荷曲线。与实验比较说明当挠度高达厚度的30倍时,相对误差<2%,结果满足工程设计要求。给出的系数a/b^3与波纹膜盒尺寸的关系曲线可用于工程设计。
This paper solves the problem of large deflection for corrugated boxes witha plane central region under composite load by means of the successive correction method suggest-ed by the auther.The character relation of the box is obtained.When the ratio (W_o/h) is as highas 30,the error in theoretical center displacement,is still within 2%,Theorefore the resultes areuseful for engineering design. We can express the characteristic relation as followspR^4_1/Eh^4=a(W_o/h)+b(W_o/h)~3 The relationship between a/b^3 and the size of the corrugated box is shows in fig 6.Thecharacteristic curve may be applied directly in engineering design
