摘要
采用放射免疫方法测定无神经系统疾病儿童脑脊液和血浆中生长抑素含量，以探讨儿童脑脊液中与血浆中生长抑素的含量是否存在相关性。实验结果证明：脑脊液中与血浆生长抑素的含量无显著相关性（ｒ＝－０．２３７．Ｐ＞０．１０）。提示血浆生长抑素含量不能间接反映脑脊液生长抑素水平。
The somatostatin levels of plasma and cerebrospinal fluid in 19 preoperative children with acute appendicitis that did not affect nervous system were measured by specific radiooimmunoassay to study their correlativity.The results showed The results showed that the somatostatin level of cerebrospinal fluid was not significantly correlated with the somatostatin level of plasma(r=-0.237,P>0.01).It suggested plasma somatostatin could not indirectly replace cerebrospinal fluid somatostatin.
