摘要
对４３２例流产、畸胎史患者进行染色体检查，发现染色体异常１３例（占３．１％）．说明流产、畸胎史患者染色体异常发生率高于一般群体（Ｐ＜０．０１）．对有异常分娩史的夫妇进行染色体检查是非常必要的。
The chromosome was examined from 432 patients with spontaneous abortion abortion and malformed fetal histtory.13 cases had abnormal chromosome(3.1%).This shows morbidity rate is higher than general masses(1%,P<0.01).It is necessary to examine chromosome for couple with history of abmormal delivery.
