摘要
研究人工巴西冬虫草的致突变性，结果表明：人工巴西冬虫草不诱导Ａｍｅｓ试验菌株产生碱基置换和移码突变，对ＮＩＨ小鼠骨髓多染红细胞无诱发微核作用，对ＮＩＨ小鼠不引起精子畸形。
The mutagenesis of the Artificial Brazil Cordyceps Sinensis Sace( ABCSS)was stud-ied.The results showed that the ABCSS didn’t induce the Amestest bacterium to produce base displace-ment and frameshift mutation。 In NIH mice , the both tests of bone marrow polychromotic erythroblastmicronucleus and sperm abnormality indicated the negative results。
