Plant pathogen-elicitors and mechanisms of signal recognition

摘要 分别对一类能诱导植物产生防卫反应的化合物———激发子(elicitor)的类型、激发子特异性结合蛋白(受体)、病菌信号的识别机制等作了介绍;同时,对动植物在防卫反应产生过程中的相似性进行了讨论,表明植物的防卫系统和动物的免疫系统在进化上具有相似性. Elicitors are some signal molecules which possess abilities to elicit plant defense responses.The types of elicitors,binding protein of elicitors (receptor),signal recognition mechanisms were reviewed in this paper.The similarities in defensive responses between plants and animals were also discussed.It indicated that plants and animals have been sharing similar defensive systems against pathogens and have a common evolutionary origin of innate immunity.
