采用射流式水腿管提高洗浆机真空度

Using Hydraulic Leg with Injector to Improve Vacuum of Drum Washer

当真空洗浆机的真空度过低而又不宜采用真空泵抽真空时,则可以选用“射流式水腿管”来提高其真空度。本文推导了一组射流管的近似设计计算公式,在实践中取得了比较满意的效果。

A hydraulic leg with injector could be used to raise the vacuum of a vacuum washer where the vacuum pump was unappli-cable for some reasons . The approximate equations for design calculations of the injectors were derived and the injector designed according to those equations was used in a bleaching plant and run in the perfect state. The experiences indicated that the desired vacuum of the drum washer could be achieved with such injector-hydraulic leg without any power-driven unit. Such injector-hydraulic leg was especially suitable to use fot the washers used for nonwood fibers with corrosive media because of its simple construction , easy maintenance and stable operation.
