烘缸有限元应力分析及其设计规定的探讨 被引量:1

摘要 通过对φ1500和φ3000两台具有代表性烘缸进行有限元应力分析,获得了它们的应力分布状况和局部高应力水平。在此基础上,对烘缸设计标准中缸体不连续结构、缸盖、螺栓材料做了分析,提出了一些完善标准和能适用于设计压力为0.5MPa的烘缸的建议。 Since the criterion 'Design Code of Dryers in Paper Machine'was drawn up,the situation has been changed that the design of dryers followed no rule. The code also offers the reliable basis for designing dryers rationally and securely. In this paper, two typical dryers of φ1500 and φ3000 were analysed with finite element. The stress distributions were obtained. The discontinuous structure, hoods and the bolt materials in the design of dryers founded on the results of the calculation were analysed. Some suggestions were brought out for improving the code and therefore the code could be used for designing the dryers with pressure up to 0. 5MPa.
