Some Aspects of Technological Process Design for Horizontal Belt Washer

针对水平带式真空洗浆机使用中的一些问题,提出了洗浆机的另一流程,即各段水腿管通过气液分离器直接与黑液泵相连的流程。此流程操作容易,不易跑黑液,碱损失少,洗涤效果较好,是值得推荐的一种流程。

There were some problems in using horizontal belt washer although it was widely used in the small and medium scale mills in China due to its simple construction and lower cost. The reasons which caused the problems in using belt washer were discussed and analyzed.A new technological process for horizontal belt washer was introduced in which the water leg of each washing stages connected to the black liquor pump directly through a gas-liquor seperator, and this technological process was recommended.
