研发团队在企业中的作用和地位日益重要,但团队的管理一直是企业困扰的瓶颈,本文针对研发团队的组织形式提出了建立管理机制上和团队文化上的方法,希望能给企业的管理层一些启示和帮助。
The R&D team plays a more and more important role in the enterprises at present, but its management is still apuzzle for the enterprises. The paper puts forward the management methods based on the management mechanism and theteam culture focusing on the organization form of R&D team so as to bring some assistance and enlightenment for theexecutives in the management.
