摘要
在钢铁基体上喷涂陶瓷层,在陶瓷一钢的界面上钢的一侧,氧化往往是不可避免的。本研究发现,基体界面的氧化对于涂层的结合并不总是有害的,如果控制恰当,可使涂层结合强度适当提高,这在实际应用中是很有实际意义的。

It is found that the adhesive strength of plasma thermal sprayed coat of Zro2 can be affected by the oxidation to a great extent.
