在钢铁基体上喷涂陶瓷层，在陶瓷一钢的界面上钢的一侧，氧化往往是不可避免的。本研究发现，基体界面的氧化对于涂层的结合并不总是有害的，如果控制恰当，可使涂层结合强度适当提高，这在实际应用中是很有实际意义的。
