团体咨询技术在高校心理健康教育中的应用

Application of group counseling technology in psychological health education in colleges

目的:通过分析高校心理健康教育现状及高校开展团体咨询的优势,提出在高校心理健康教育中,使用团体咨询法的必要性,同时指出使用团体咨询时应注意的问题,及对其前景的展望。方法:检索有关“团体咨询策略与技术”及“现代学校心理健康教育研究”的相关文献,结合对本校心理健康教育工作的调查,对相关信息进行综述。结果:目前高校心理健康教育工作面临的主要困难:一是学生在很大程度上还对心理咨询有防御心理,二是专业的心理咨询人员严重不足;另外,高校心理健康教育途径本身也存在着一定的局限性。结论:团体咨询更加经济、高效,可以缓解了高校咨询人员不足的矛盾;团体咨询有利于消除学生对咨询的防御;用团体咨询技术还可为高校心理健康教育课程的教学服务。

AIM:To suggest a necessity for using the group counseling technology in psychological health education in colleges,identify some problems that should be noticed while using group counseling technology and foresee its future development by analyzing the current situation of the psychological health education in colleges,and the advantage of the group counseling for colleges.METHODS:The relevant research literatures on “group counseling tactics and technology' and “modern school psychological health education study' were searched for,and then combined with a survey on psychological health educational work in this school to review the relevant information to them.RESULTS:The main difficulty faced in psychological health educational work in colleges at present is:First,to a great extent,students still have a defending attitude toward psychological counseling;Second,professional psychological counseling personnel are greatly insufficient;In addition,psychological health education has certain limitation on its way in colleges.CONCLUSION:Comparing with other approaches,group counseling is more economic and efficient in alleviating the personnel insufficiency in colleges.It also helps dispel students' defending attitude towards consulting.In addition,group counseling technology can serve as a psychological health education course for colleges.
