摘要
目的:大多数自闭症儿童的预后不乐观,但也有成功个案。探讨自闭症儿童的干预内容与方法。方法:对目前有关自闭症儿童方面的干预研究进行分析比较,结合作者的临床经验,对自闭症儿童干预中应注意的内容进行总结,以探索自闭症儿童有效干预的内容和方法。结果:对自闭症儿童非言语交际行为、共同注意能力和社会情感沟通能力的干预是干预方案中不可忽视的内容。同时,利用象征性游戏进行干预也有助于自闭症儿童的发展。结论:根据已有的自闭症干预的成功案例,对自闭症儿童的干预不能仅仅局限于对言语交际行为的干预,只有全面、深入的干预才能对自闭症儿童产生效果。对自闭症儿童非言语交际行为、共同注意能力、社会情感沟通能力、象征性游戏的训练将有助于自闭症儿童更好的发展。
AIM:Most children with autism have poor prognosis, but there are still some successful cases.The aim of the paper is to investigate the contents and methods of intervention on autistic children.METHODS:The studies about the intervention on autistic children were gathered and analyzed,which were combined with the clinical experiences to investigate the contents and methods of effective intervention for autism children.RESULTS:Non speech communication behavior, joint attention and social affect communication of autistic children were the necessary parts of intervention plan.Symbol games also played a very important role in intervention on autistic children.CONCLUSION:According to the studies about autistic children,especially for successful intervention cases,autistic children need total and intense intervention.The intervention plan cannot be only limited to train the speech behavior of autistic children.Training about non speech communication behavior, joint attention and social affect communication of autistic children will help them develop better.
