弗洛伊德精神分析理论的认知本质

Cognitive essence of Freud psychoanalysis theory

目的:探讨精神分析理论及技术的本质与作用。方法:对弗洛伊德的有关文集反复解读、分析,以实践案例为论据进行论证。结果:纵观精神分析理论及其整个治疗过程,精神分析是以分析移情为技术基石,从知和情两个层面上寻求突破点,以改变患者不合理认知为目的而根除神经症病因的心理治疗范式。结论:精神分析理论在神经症的本质认识上具有认知特色,精神分析只是解决心理问题的技术,改变不合理的认知才是精神分析治疗的核心。

AIM:To investigate the essence and function of psychoanalysis theory and techniques.METHODS:The relevant collected works to Freud were researched repeatedly,analyzed and demonstrated by the clinical practical cases.RESULTS:Through clinical practice of psychological therapy and analysis the theory of Freud's neurosis cause,psychoanalysis is a psychological therapy pattern based technically on empathy with cognition and feelings as the starting point,and also a psychoanalysis remodel of sufferers' irrational cognition so as to eliminate neurosis cause.CONCLUSION:Psychoanalysis theory is cognitive on the essence of neurosis.Psychoanalysis is only a sort of technique used to resolve mental question,and oppositely,remodeling of sufferers' irrational cognition is the core of psychoanalysis therapy.
