摘要
目的:探讨太极拳、普通锻炼和不锻炼对健康老年妇女平衡功能的影响情况以及比较其程度的不同。方法:70名健康老年妇女分为3组,太极拳组33人,年龄(67.1±7.6)岁练习太极拳在3个月以上;普通锻炼组15人,年龄(69.7±12.8)岁,参加一般的早晨锻炼。太极拳组和普通锻炼组每次锻炼的时间不少于30min每周锻炼时间不少于3次。不锻炼组22例,年龄(79.8±7.3)岁,没有参加规律性的锻炼。采用英国SMSHealthcare生产的平衡测试仪分别检测3组对象在睁眼或闭眼时的平衡功能,包括睁眼、闭眼时的身体重心摆动面积,摆动频率,最大摆动角度,摆动区域,摆动轨迹长,最大摆动速率,重心分布,同时评定3组对象的Romberg征、强化Rombe征和站起-走计时测试,用多元方差分析比较3组之间的差异。结果:平衡测试仪各指标中,太极拳组与普通锻炼组之间闭眼时的摆动频率差异有显著性(P<0.01),太极拳组与不锻炼组之间在摆动频率(闭眼)、最大摆动角度(睁、闭眼)、摆动轨迹长(睁、闭眼)之间的差异有显著性;普通锻炼组与不锻炼组仅在最大摆动角度,不锻炼组睁眼时和睁眼时的摆动轨迹长之间的差异有显著性。Romberg征中,太极拳组与普通锻炼组之间的差异无显著性,太极拳组犤睁眼时(60.0±0.0)s,闭眼时(59.6±1.7)s犦与不锻炼组犤睁眼时(54.8±12.8)s,闭?
AIM:To investigate the effect of shadowboxing,general exercise and nona2exerci
se on equilibrium function in healthy elderly women and compare the different de
gree.
METHODS:Seventy healthy elderly women were divided into three groups,shadowbox
ing group[n=33,(67.1?à7.6) years old] regularly practicing shadowboxing for more
than 3 months;general exercise group[n=15, (69.7?à12.8 )years old] practicing g
eneral exercise in the morning.Both groups of shadowboxing and general exercise
had regular exercise for 30 minutes each time,no less than 3 times each week;and
control group[n=22,(79.8?à7.3) years old].The control group had no regular exer
cise.The device of Balance Performance Monitor(SMS Healthcare, England) was used
to examine the equilibrium function of subjects in the 3 groups when opened eye
s or closed eyes,including swinging area,swinging frequency,maximum swinging ang
le, swinging regions,length of swinging pathway,maximum swinging rate of speed a
nd distribution of the center of gravity in the condition of either opening eyes
or closing eyes. Meanwhile,clinical assessments such as Romberg sign and fortif
ied Romgerg sign,the timed ?°Up and Go' test were also applied.
RESULTS:There was significant difference in swinging frequency of closing eyes
between the two groups of shadowboxing and general exercise(P< 0.05).Significan
t differences were found between the groups of shadowboxing and nona2exercise,in
cluding swinging frequency(closed eyes),maximum swinging angle(closing and openi
ng eyes) and length of swinging athway(closing and opening eyes).While significa
nt difference was only found i
n maximum sway angle and length of swinging pathway when opened eyes between the
groups of general exercise and nona2exercise (P< 0.05).Romberg sign showed no s
ignificant differences between shadowboxing and general exercise groups while si
gnificant difference was found between shadowboxing[opening eyes:(60.0?à0.0) s,c
losing eyes:(59.6?à1.7) s]and nona2exercise[opening eyes: (54.8?à12.8) s,closing
eyes: (49.4?à19.0) s] groups,general exercise and nona2exercise groups(P< 0.01)
. However,fortified Romber sign showed significant difference in shadowboxing gr
oup as compared with general exercise(P< 0.05)and nona2exercise groups(P< 0.01),
while no significant difference was found between the groups of general exercise
and nona2exercise.In addition,results of the timed ?°Up and Go' test also showe
d significant difference between the groups of shadowboxingn and general exercis
e(P< 0.05) as well as between the groups of shadowboxing and general exercise gr
oups and nona2exercise group(P< 0.01).
CONCLUSION:Both shadowboxing and regular exercise can improve the postural con
trol and walking ability in the healthy elderly women but the effect of shadowbo
xing is much greater than that of the regular exercise.
