传染性非典型肺炎患者出院后生活质量研究

Quality of life after discharge in patients with severe acute respiratory syndrome

目的:探讨传染性非典型肺炎(SARS)康复者生活质量的基本状况及其相关因素。方法:采用问卷调查法。被调查者填写了躯体健康自评量表和生活质量问卷。结果:康复者生活质量的主观满意感低于客观实际生活状况。在生活质量、躯体健康状况上,男性的状况优于女性;对男性生活质量总体满意感影响较大的因子是运动与感觉因子;女性则依次是:经济状况、工作与学习、认知功能、躯体功能、心理功能,其中认知功能对生活质量总体满意感的影响呈反向趋势。躯体健康状况、精神紧张度水平随着SARS应激的水平增高而变糟。结论:SARS康复者在出院后的生活质量较差,心理因素、生活方式因素都与他们的生活质量有关。

AIM:To investigate the general conditions of quality of life(QOL) in rehabilitated patients with severe acute respiratory syndrome(SARS) after rehabilitation,and study the related factors. METHODS:The investigated subjects were surveyed with the physical health self rating scale and QOL questionnaires. RESULTS:The subjective satisfactory feeling to QOL of the rehabilitated SARS patients was lower than the objective actual living status.The status of QOL and physical health in males were superior to those in females.The predictors of general satisfaction to QOL in males were motor function and sensation;while those in females orderly were economic status,work and study,cognition,physical function and psychological function,besides,cognition had the inversive effect.The levels of physical health status and mental strain became worse with the increase of the stress level of SARS. CONCLUSION:The QOL is poor in rehabilitated SARS patients after hospitalization.Their QOL are related with psychological factors and life styles.
