住院精神病患者发生意外事件的相关因素分析

Analyses of factors related to accidents of mental in-patients

目的:探讨住院精神病患者发生意外事件的相关因素,为预防住院精神病患者发生意外事件提供参考依据。方法:按CCMD-3诊断标准收集在河南省精神病院住院的11428例住院精神病患者中发生意外事件的259例患者的人口学和住院资料,采用Logistic回归分析与住院精神病患者发生意外事件的相关因素。结果:对住院精神病患者发生意外事件影响最大的相关因素是护理级别:特、一级护理173例(66.97%);其次是入院天数:1～10d163例(62.93%);意外事件发生的时间:20:00～7:00120例(46.33%);主要精神症状:以阳性症状为主的患者225例(86.87%)。结论:护理级别、入院天数、意外事件发生的时间、主要精神症状是本组住院精神病患者发生意外事件的主要相关因素。

AIM: To study the related factors for the accidents of mental in-patients in order to provide reference for preventing accidents of mental in-patients. METHODS:Demography and inpatient data of 259 patients with psychoses who took accidents, among 11428 inpatients in the mental hospital in Henan in the past three years were collected, and all the patients met the criteria of CCMD-3. Analyses of factors related to accidents of mental in-patients were conducted with Logistic regression. RESULTS: The major related factor was nursing levels: 173(66.97%) had special grade or grade 1; then the duration of hospitalization: 163(62.93%) was in hospital for 1 to 10 days; onset of accident: 20(46.33%) had accidents at 20∶00 to 7∶00; the main mental symptoms of 225(86.87%) was positive symptoms. CONCLUSION: The major related factors of accidents of mental in-patients are nursing levels, hospitalized duration, time of accident and main mental symptoms.
