摘要 目的:通过1例轻度弱智少年厌学情绪辅导案例研究,旨在分析造成轻度弱智儿童厌学情绪的原因,探讨学校、家庭对这类儿童心理健康的影响,提出矫治这类儿童厌学情绪的方法和步骤,为弱智儿童的学校心理健康教育提供借鉴。方法:采用观察法、分析法、家校合同、认知疗法及心理疏导等方法对该患者的厌学情绪的轻度弱智少年进行心理辅导。结果:通过教师心理辅导与帮助,该患者能够逐步转变思想,改正不良行为,将兴趣转移到学校的学习生活中来。结论:通过调查,发现该患者厌学的最根本原因是父母关系恶化及不良的家庭教育方式。因此应从家庭教育入手,争取家长的配合,建立家校合同,改善其家庭教育环境,同时学校应转变学生的错误观念,从师生关系、同伴关系着手,为该患者行为的改变创设一个积极的环境和氛围。 AIM:To study the instruction of a case of mild mental retarded child with emotional school detesting,so as to analyze the causation of the emotional school detesting in children with mild mental retarded,investigate the effect of school and family on special children of this kind,suggest the some methods and steps to rectify the emotional school detesting of this kind of children,in order to provide references for the mental health education of school for children with mental retarded. METHODS:The methods of observation,analysis,family-home contract,cognitive therapy and psychological leading were used for the psychological instruction of the mild mental retarded child with emotional school detesting in this study. RESULTS:After the psychological leading and help from the teacher,the subject in this study had changed the misconception,cured the bad behavior and turned his interests to the study and life in school. CONCLUSION:The essential reasons for school detesting of the subject in this study are the deteriorated relationship between the parents and bad family educational style.So we should begin with family education,seek for the support from the parents,make family-home contract and improve the family environment.At the same time,we should also change the misconception of the subject,and deal with the relationships between student and teacher,as well as between partners,so that we can found a positive environment for the subject.
