摘要
目的:编制《中等职业学校教师职业倦怠量表》。方法:综合Maslach职业倦怠量表,并结合大量文献,生成《中等职业学校教师职业倦怠量表》初样。2003-12预测于天津和湖北9所中等职业学校443名教师。结果:使用SPSS10.0统计软件进行因素分析,得出3个因子(分量表):身心衰竭、人格解体、缺乏成就感,3因子的特征值分别为6.790,3.321,1.702,3因子的变异量分别为:24.252%,21.861%,16.079%,3因子总解释率为62.192%。总量表及各分量表的Cronbachα系数分别为:0.8699,身心衰竭0.88,人格解体0.69,缺乏成就感0.77。结论:《中等职业学校教师职业倦怠量表》具有良好的结构效度和内部一致性信度,达到可使用质量标准。
AIM:To make the burnout scale for teachers in vocational school. METHODS:According to maslach burnout inventory educators survey (MBI-ES) and many references, the original shape of the burnout scale for teachers in vocational school was produced. Totally 443 teachers from 9 vocational schools in Tianjin city and Hubei province were tested in December 2003. RESULTS: From factor analysis by SPSS10.0, 3 factors (subscales) were obtained: physical and emotional exhaustion, dispersonalization and lack of sense of accomplishment, the feature values were 6.790, 3.321 and 1.702 respectively, the variances were 24.252%, 21.861%and 16.079%respectively, the total explanatory rate was 62.192%. The Cronbach alpha coefficients of the whole scale and 3 subscales were 0.869 9, 0.88, 0.69 and 0.77 respectively. CONCLUSION:Burnout scale for teachers in vocational school has structural reliability and internal validity.
