儿童焦虑障碍的行为特征

Behavioral characteristics of children with anxiety disorder-

目的:分析门诊儿童焦虑障碍的临床资料,了解儿童焦虑障碍的行为特征。方法:对2002-07/2003-06中南大学湘雅二医院儿童青少年心理卫生门诊就诊的患儿30例(焦虑组)和选取同龄、同年健康儿童30例(对照组),采用儿童焦虑性情绪障碍筛查量表(SCARED)及Achenbach儿童行为量表(CBCL)进行评估。结果:焦虑组SCARED各因子评分和量表总分均明显高于对照组,差异有显著性(P<0.001);学龄期患儿(7～11岁,n=8)与青少年患儿(12～16岁,n=22)SCARED评分差异无显著性(P>0.05);焦虑组CBCL中活动情况评分低于对照组,攻击性行为、社交问题评分高于对照组,差异有显著性(P<0.05～0.01)。结论:儿童焦虑障碍能致使儿童出现很多行为问题方面的表现,是影响儿童身心健康的主要疾病,应积极给予治疗。

AIM:To analyze the clinical data of children with anxiety disorder,so as to investigate their behavioral characteristics. METHODS:Thirty children with anxiety disorders(anxiety disorder group),who were treated in the Mental Health Clinic for Children,Second Xiangya Hospital of Central South University,and 30 healthy children of the same age(control group) were evaluated with screen for child anxiety related emotional disorders(SCARED) and Achenbach's child behavior checklist(CBCL) during July 2002 and June 2003. RESULTS:The anxiety disorder group had significantly higher factor scores and total score of SCARED then the control group(P< 0.01).The SCARED scores were insignificantly different between the children with anxiety disorder of school age(7 to 11 years old,n=8) and those of teenagers(12 to 16 years old, n=22)(P > 0.05).The score of daily activity in CBCL was significantly lower,while the scores of aggressive behavior,social problems were remarkably higher in the anxiety disorder group than in the control group(P< 0.05 to 0.01). CONCLUSION:There are a lot of manifestations of behavioral problems caused by anxiety disorder in children.Anxiety disorder is the main disease that influences the physical and psychological health of children,so it should be treated actively.
