汉族人群混合家系蛋白激酶C结合蛋白1基因多态与精神病的关联性 被引量:1

摘要 目的:蛋白激酶C结合蛋白1(proteininteractingwithCkinase1,PICK1)基因通过调节中枢神经递质水平及分布,可能参与多种精神病的发病机制,探讨中国汉族人群PICK1基因多态性与精神病易患性的关系。方法:以上海市精神卫生中心2001-01/2004-06月门诊或住院患者为先证者,收集65个精神分裂症和情感障碍混合家系,应用PCR-RFLP技术对PICK1基因rs3952多态(A/G)分型,进行传递不平衡检验(transmissiondisequilibriumtest,TDT)。结果:TDT检验结果显示PICK1基因rs3952多态(A/G)与研究疾病总体(χ2=0.02,υ=1,P>0.05)、精神分裂症(χ2=0.03,υ=1,P>0.05)或情感障碍(χ2=0.05,υ=1,P>0.05)之间均无明显关联。结论:在中国汉族人群中PICK1基因可能不是精神分裂症或情感障碍的易患基因。 AIM:The protein interacting with C kinase 1 (PICK1) may be involved in the pathogenies of several kinds of psychosis by modulating the level and distribution of central neurotransmitters.This study aims to investigate the relationship between PICK1 gene polymorphism and the liability of psychosis in Chinese Han population. METHODS:The outpatients and inpatients of Shanghai Mental Health Center from January 2001 to June 2004 were taken as the probands, and 65 mixed pedigrees of schizophrenia and affective disorders were collected. PICK1 gene rs3952 polymorphism A/G was genotyped by applying the polymerase chain reaction-restriction fragment length polymorphism (PCR-RLFP) technique, and then the transmission disequilibrium test (TDT) was performed. RESULTS:The results of TDT showed that PICK1 gene rs3952 polymorphism A/G had nor obvious association with total psychosis (χ2=0.02,υ=1,P >0.05), schizophrenia (χ2=0.03,υ=1,P >0.05) or affective disorders (χ2=0.05,υ=1, P >0.05). CONCLUSION:PICK1 gene may not be a susceptible gene for schizophrenia or affective disorders in Chinese Han population.
