摘要
目的:探讨健身跑与穴位按摩对城市中年女性身体形态和功能的影响,旨在改善中年妇女身体外形结构,提高健康水平。方法:2003-04/06对30名持续参加1个月健身跑,并配以穴位按摩的部分中年女性锻炼前后身体形态指标、技能指标进行测试。结果:健身跑、按摩后的身体围度指标(上臂围、腰围、臀围、大腿围、小腿围)比锻炼前降低,差异有显著性意义(t=8.06~21.60,P<0.01);健身跑、按摩后体成分指标中体质量、三头肌位皮褶厚度、肩胛下位皮褶厚度、髂前上棘位皮褶厚度、体脂百分比、体脂重比锻炼前降低,差异有显著性意义(t=13.56~26.91,P<0.01)、瘦体质量比锻炼前增高,差异有显著意义(t=-4.56,P<0.01);功能指标中锻炼后安静心率犤锻炼前:(72.70±1.51)次/min,锻炼后:(68.70±1.53)次/min犦比锻炼前降低、锻炼后肺活量犤锻炼前:(2610±83)mL,锻炼后:(3190±105)mL犦比锻炼前增高,差异有显著性意义(t=83.43,-43.04,P<0.01)。结论:健身跑配以穴位按摩可消除体内多余脂肪,降低体脂,增强体力,使外形更加健美和谐;同时,有效改善心肺功能,提高人体的有氧耐力;对预防心血管疾病亦具有重要作用。
AIM:To explore the influences of keep-fit running and point massage on the body configuration and function of urban middle-aged women, so as to improve their body configuration and health level. METHODS: The indexes of body configuration and skill of 30 middle-aged women, who took part in keep-fit running for one month continuously accompanied with point massage, were tested before and after exercise from April to June 2003. RESULTS:The indexes of body circumstances(circumstances of upper arm, waist, hip, thigh and leg) were significantly reduced after keep-fit running and point massage as compared with those before exercise(t=8.06 to 21.60,P< 0.01). Compared with before exercise, the indexes of body components such as body mass, skin folds of triceps, subscapularis and anterior superior iliac spine, body fat ratio and fat mass ratio were significantly decreased (t=13.56 to 26.91,P< 0.01), while lean body mass was significantly increased (t=-4.56,P< 0.01); After keep-fit running accompanied with point massage, the resting heart rate [(68.70±1.53) beats per minute] was markedly decreased, while vital capacity[(3 190±105) mL] was significantly increased as compared with those before exercise[(72.70±1.51) beats per minute and (2 610±83) mL](t=83.43,-43.04,P< 0.01). CONCLUSION: Keep-fit running accompanied with point massage can remove the redundant fat in body, reduce body fat and enhance physical strength, then make the body configuration more handsome and harmonious. At the same time, it can effectively ameliorate the cardiorespiratory function and improve body aerobic endurance. It is also important for the prevention of cardiovascular diseases.
