游泳运动对慢性中等不可预知应激大鼠体质量增长的影响 被引量:4

Effect of swimming exercise on the increase of body mass in rats under chronic unpredictable mild stress

摘要 目的:观察参与运动的大鼠在慢性不可预知应激环境中与不参与运动的大鼠体质量增长的变化,探讨运动抗应激的作用。方法:实验于2004-06/09在华东师范大学体育与健康学院生化实验室完成。实验动物根据体质量随机分为5组,每组12只。即对照组、应激组、运动组、运动应激组、运动应激运动组。采用1h无负重游泳运动模式和慢性中等不可预知应激刺激,以电子天平监测大鼠体质量增长变化。结果:应激前所有参与运动的大鼠体质量增长犤(运动组增长(132.45±26.05)g,运动应激组增长(126.33±25.69)g,运动应激运动组增长(131.75±23.78)g犦均低于不运动的大鼠犤应激组增长(153.08±28.18)g,对照组增长(149.50±21.70)g犦。应激组大鼠在应激阶段体质量增长明显低于其他组,甚至出现了负增长。并且在应激之前参与运动的大鼠在应激阶段不论继续运动还是停止运动,大鼠的体质量增长都高于应激组。结论:运动具有维持正常体质量、健身、减肥的功能;在应激阶段继续运动可以减缓因应激导致的体质量急速下降,维持身心健康的作用。 AIM:To observe the changes of increase of body mass in the chronic unpredictable mild stress environment between rats participated in the activities and those do not, and probe into the antistress role of exercise. METHODS: The experiment was done in the biochemical laboratory in the School of Sports and Health,East China Normal University from June to September 2004. The experimental animals were randomly divided into 5 groups with 12 in each group according to body mass: control group, stress group,exercise group, exercise stress group and exercise stress exercise group. The mode of 1-hour swimming without load and the chronic unpredictable mild stress were applied, the changes of body mass increase of the rats were monitored with electronic balance. RESULTS: Before stress, the body mass increase of all the rats participating in exercise [exercise group:(132.45±26.05) g, exercise stress group: (126.33±25.69) g, the exercise stress exercise group: (131.75±23.78) g] were all lower than those not participating in exercise[stress group:(153.08±28.18) g,control group: (149.50±21.70) g].The body mass increase of rats during stress was obviously lower in the stress group than in other groups, and there was even negative increase. The body mass increase of rats participated in swimming before stress was higher than those in the stress groups during stress phase, no matter they continued or stopped exercise. CONCLUSION: Exercise has the functions of keeping normal body mass, building body and reducing body mass. Continuous exercise during stress phase can slow down the rapid decrease of body mass caused by stress, it can also keep healthy both mentally and physically.
