心悸的中医分型与早搏昼夜分布的相关性研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的 探讨心悸的中医分型与早搏昼夜分布的相关性,以及功能性和病理性早搏的昼夜分布规律。方法 运用动态心电图仪检测150例心悸患者在白天时段(8:00-20:00)和夜间时段(21:00-次日8:00)的早搏次数及所占早搏总数的百分率,并对150例心悸患者进行中医辨证分型。结果 心悸多发生在子时和午时,且早搏集中发生在白天时段的心悸患者多属阴虚火旺型,而早搏集中发生在夜晚时段的心悸患者多属阳虚瘀阻型;另外,功能性早搏多发生在子时(23:00-1:00),病理性早搏多发生在卯时(1:00-7:00)。结论 提示早搏与心悸的中医分型之间存在一定的相关性,为中医阴阳理论研究提供了新思路、新方法,亦为中医治疗心悸辨证用药提供了临床依据。 Objective To investigate the correlation between the classification of TCM syndromes with palpitation premature distribute, studying the circadian distribute features of functional premature and pathological one. Methods The degree and percent were analyzed from 150 patients with palpitation by Holter monitoring electrocardiogram at day (8:00-20:00) and at night (21:00-8:00), those patients were divided into the classification of TCM syndromes. Results Occurrence of palpitation symptom in Zi-two-hour period and Wu-two-hour period was most frequently. Those patients with palpitation whose premature accrued intently at day were mostly deficient yin induces vigorous fire syndrome, and patients with palpitation whose premature accrued intently at night were mostly blood stasis caused by deficiency of yang syndrome. Functional premature accured mostly in Zi-two-hour period (23:00-1:00), pathological premature accured mostly in Mou-two-hour period (5:00-7:00). Conclusions The result argues the correlation between the classification of TCM syndromes with palpitation and circadian premature distribute, which supplying a new thought and method for researching the theory of yin and yang in TCM, and offering a clinical basis for the clinical application in classification of TCM syndromes with palpitation.
