与现行药典中药部分定量检测标准的商榷

Discussion on Norm of Quantitative Detection of Department of Chinese Traditional Medicine in Pharmacopoeia

目的 了解2000版《中国药典》中同一药材的“定量项目”标准是否就是炮制品的“定量项目”标准。方法 2000版《中国药典》一部收载的534种“药材及其制品”中含有“定量项目”标准的药材与炮制品进行整理与归类调查。结果 “定量项目”是对药材而言,而炮制品有“定量项目”检测的则归属在“炮制”项下;药材(1)及其炮制品(2)“定量项目”的量值区别:1>2占36.4%(8/22);1=2占54.5%(12/22);1<2占9.1%(2/22);尤其值得提出的是“浸出物”的含量二者均相等。结论 规范同一药材与炮制品的“定量项目”标准势在必行。

Objective To comprehending whether the norm of quantitative item for medicinal materials in pharmacopoeia is the same for processing drugs or not when they are the same Chinese traditional medicine. Methods Classifying and researching medicinal materials and processing drugs which include norm of quantitative item from 534 species of medicinal materials and manufactures recorded in pharmacopoeia. Results To medicinal materials, quantitative item arranged in sequence. To processing drugs which require to detect quantitative item, it is under processing item. The numerical value difference between medicinal materials (1) and processing drugs (2): 1>2 is 34.6% (8/22); 1=2 is 54.5% (12/22); 1<2 is 9.1% (2/22). It is especially worth pointing out that their content of extracturm are the same. Conclusion Normalize the quantitative item of traditional Chinese medicinal materials and processing drugs is imperative.
