消渴停颗粒对糖尿病大鼠血糖影响的实验研究

Experimental study on effects of xiaoketing peifang granule on blood glucose of diabetic rats

目的 :研究消渴停颗粒对糖尿病模型大鼠的血糖及血清胰岛素的影响。方法 :用四氧嘧啶腹腔注射建立高血糖模型 ,将消渴停颗粒制成水溶液给受试动物灌胃 ,测定其血糖和血清胰岛素含量。结果 :消渴停颗粒对正常大鼠血糖无明显影响 ,对糖尿病模型动物有显著降低血糖作用(P<0.05) ,同时使相应的血清胰岛素显著升高(P<0.01)。结论 :消渴停颗粒对实验性糖尿病大鼠有明显降糖作用 。

Objective:To explore the effects of xiaoketing peifang granules on blood glucose and seruminsulin in diabetic rats.Methods:The water solution prepared from xiaoketing peifang granules was introgastrically administrated into diabetic rats made by injection alloxan into tail vein,then the fasting blood glucose and serum insulin were determined respectively.Results:It showed that xiaoketing peifang granules could markedly reduce the blood glucose of diabetic rats(P<0.05),in the mean time,its serum insulin was correspondingly increased(P<0.05),while it did not showany hypoglycemic effect on normal rats.Conclusion:Xiaoketing peifang granule has significant effect on lowering blood gluˉcose of experimental diabetic rats and promoting their secretion of serum insulin.
