本文对涤棉混纺织物前处理采用退、煮、漂一步法工艺进行了研究和应用。通过对氧漂稳定剂的选择、各种助剂性能的优选和烧碱双氧水浓度的合理选用,确定了碱氧一浴短流程工艺,并在不同类型的练漂机上进行了试验和应用,取得较好的效果。

The study and application of one step pretreatment process for T/C fabrics have been presented. Through careful selection of oxidative bleaching stablizers, auxiliaries and the concertration of caustic soda and hydrogen peroxide, the caustic - oxidative one -bath processing technology has been stablished, and it has been proven good by productive practice on various scouring and bleaching ranges.
