摘要
以3种不同的草地早熟禾种子为外植体,研究了不同培养基、不同浓度的2,4-D、BA及水解酪蛋白对愈伤组织诱导的影响。试验表明:(1)MN6培育基有利于愈伤组织的诱导;(2)种胚愈伤组织的诱导和继代宜采用MN6+2,4-D3mg/L+BA0.2mg/L的培养基;(3)水解酪蛋白对草地早熟禾种子愈伤组织诱导的影响不大;(4)3种草地早熟禾种子中,新哥莱德(Nuglade)出愈率较高。
Study was carried out on effect of different concentration acetic acid(2,4-D),6-benzylamino purine(6-BA)and casein hydroly-sate(Hy)under different culture medium on callus induction of three varieties of Poa Pratensis L.with its seeds as explants.The result showed that (1)MN6 culture medium could improve callus induction rate;(2)culture medium of callus induction and regeneration of embryo was MN6 +2,4-D 3mg/L+BA0.2mg/L;(3)effect of different concentration casein hydroly-sate(Hy) was weak on callus induction;(4) callus induction rate of Nuglade was the highest in three varieties of Poa Pratensis L.
