Some Problems of Pigment Pad Dyeing During Production Practice

Problems encountered in pigment pad dyeing are detailed in this paper, such as colour fastness, appear-ance, tone of dyed goods, extent of dye yield, binder sticking-in roller and handle. Moreover, the use for pigment in amending colour tone and defects is described. Finally, solutions are proposed to the problems metioned above.
