摘要
研究开发了适于中深色涂料染色的粘合剂,并筛选应用了与其配套的交联剂、防泳移剂、柔软剂等助剂,优选制订了染色工艺条件,并对涂料、粘合剂、交联剂、工艺条件对牢度的影响作了试验对比。
An adhesive has been developed for pigment dyeing of medium and deep shade . Screening has also been made for the chemicals to match the adhesive including cross linker, antimigrant, softener. Besides, condi-tions have been optimized for dyeing process. The effects of pigment, adhesive, cross linker and processing conditions on the fastness of the dyed fabric are given by experimental comparisions.
