河北省蔬菜业区域布局及发展对策刍议

The Strategy to Locate and Develop Hebei Vegetables Industry

阐述了河北省蔬菜产业规模扩大、质量提高的发展现状、适宜发展蔬菜业的资源、区位优势和制约因素,按照构建优势农产品产业带的要求,将河北蔬菜产区划分成冀中南、环京津、沿海、冀西北4个优势区域,分析了各区发展的方向、目标、重点及应采取的主要措施,提出了适当增加投入比重、采取优惠财政政策、开辟绿色通道等推进优势区域布局的政策性建议。

This paper based on the current situations of Hebei province's vegetables industries, analyze the present enlarged scale, the increased quality, the resources, which suit to develop vegetables, the privileges and shortcomings of each vegetables produce locations. Under the requirements of establish privilege areas, divided Hebei vegetables produce areas to Hebei south part area, around Beijing and Tianjin areas, nearby seashore areas and Hebei north and west areas. According to the analyze of the privileges and shortcomings of each area, give out the suggestion, that is to increase the investment, to give financial support and green way support to improve the establishment of privilege area.
