Research on Process and Equipment of Colour Coating with Orientational Reflection

本文介绍了彩色定向反光涂层的基本原理及反光涂层设备的主要结构,比较了各种粘合剂对反射材料粘结牢度的影响。通过测试,讨论了不同基布、色浆中着色剂用量、反射材料用量、玻璃微珠分布等各种物理性能对反射性能的影响。

This work is concerned with the principle of colour oriented reflection coating and the major components of the coating machine. Comparisions have been made with respect to the influence of various binders on the adhering fastness to the reflecting material. By experimental testing, the authors have investigated the effect of physical pa-rameters such as the ground fabric, add-on of the tinting colours in the coating paste, the cost of reflect material and the distribution of micro glass-bead on the resultant reflecting behavior.
