Sanding is the critical point of producing peach-skin-like cloth, which has a direct bearing on the peach-skin surface and fabric damage. Several factors such as fabric tension, processing speed, contact mode between emery roller and fabric, and specification of emery paper play important roles in influencing the quality of sanded goods. The 32(?) × 32(?)and 40(?)×40(?) all cotton sanded jeanctte shows perfect peach skin effect and its dye fastness is up to the state standard, in which both weft and warp water shrinkage is less than 3%.
