摘要
在微乳液[溴化十六烷基吡啶(CPB)+正戊醇+正庚烷+水]介质中和活化剂邻菲口罗啉存在下,痕量铁 显著催化过氧化氢氧化次甲基蓝的褪色反应,基于此,建立了高灵敏度测定痕量铁 的催化动力学光度法。测定铁 的线性范围为0 28~52μg/L,检出限为0 0919μg/L,相对标准偏差为4 63%(n=11)。该法已应用于水中铁 的测定。
A new catalytic procedure sensitized by microemulsion of CPB/n-pentanol/n-heptane/water for the determination of iron? was proposed.The method is based on catalytic effect of iron? on the discoloring reaction of methylene blue oxidized with hydrogen peroxide in the presence of phen as an activation.The optimum conditions were studied.The linear range for the determination of iron? is 0.28-52 μg/L,and the detection limit is 0.091 9 μg/L, the relative standard deviation is 4.6% (n=11).The method has been successfully applied to the determination of iron? in water.
