摘要
本文对自行研制的染料印花合成增稠剂KG-401和美国古立德公司生产的SampleC-2491的基本性能作了比较研究,并在全棉和人造棉织物上与醚化淀粉进行了直接染料和拉元染料印花的试验对比。结果表明合成增调剂作为醚化淀粉的代用品是可行的,并且有给色量高,脱浆容易等优点。KG-401与 Sample C-2491相比,增稠效果更好,流变性更佳。
Researches are conducted on the basic characteristics of synthetic thickener KG-401 and Sample C-2491 . From the comparative experiments based on direct dyes printing and Rapidazol Black printing on all cotton and ray-on fabrics, the results indicated that it was possible to substitute etherified starch in printing paste successfully with synthetic thickeners. Compared with Sample C-2491, the KG-401 has a quite good rheological behaviour and a superior thickening effect. Above all, both of them have the merit of high colour yield and are easy to desize.
