摘要 研究了以强酸性阳离子交换树脂为催化剂,环己烷作带水剂,冰醋酸与异戊醇合成乙酸异戊 酯的反应条件.探讨了原料配比、催化剂用量、反应时间等因素对酯化产率的影响.醇酸比为1∶ 1.5(摩尔比),催化剂用量为原料重量的2.7%,回流反应1.2h,酯收率为79.0%.催化剂重复使 用6次后,产率降至64.6%.该催化剂具有催化活性高、稳定性好、价廉易得、后处理工艺简单、无 腐蚀性、不污染环境以及能重复使用等优点,在实验室和工业生产中能满足绿色环保的要求. The reaction conditions for synthesis of iso-amyl acetate are studied from acetic acid and iso-amyl alcohol upon strong acid cation exchange resin as a catalyst and cyclohexane as water-carrying agent.Factors on esterification yield such as raw material ratio,catalyst consumption,reaction time are discussed.The best conditions are found as follow: acetic acid / iso-amyl alcohol = 1/1.5(mol ratio),the quality of catalyst is equal to 2.7% feed stock,refluxing reaction time is 1.2 h and the yield of iso-amyl acetate is 79.0%.While the catalyst is reused for 6 times,the yield is down to 64.6%.The catalyst has many advantages,such as high activity,good stability,easy preparation,low cost,easy post treatment process.It is also non-corrosion and non-pollution to the environment and can be used repeatedly.
