摘要
利用正交试验设计研究分别用混凝剂PFAS,FeCl3与助凝剂PAM复配对阳离子染料废水进 行混凝处理.考察了混凝剂的投加量、助凝剂的用量、溶液的pH值、混凝时间对混凝效果的影响. 研究结果表明,混凝剂选用PFAS效果比FeCl3好:在溶液pH值为6,PFAS投加量为75mg/L, PAM的用量为0.5mg/L,搅拌时间0.5min时,对废水处理得到较为满意的效果,COD的去除率 达56.7%以上.
The treatment of the wastewater containing cation dyes by PFAS or FeCl 3 as coagulaot and PAM as coagulant aid have been studied by the orthogonal process.Four factors influencing coagulant result have been investigated.Under the condition of pH 6,PFAS dosage of 75 mg/L,PAM dosage of 0.5 mg/L,by 0.5 minutes for the stirring,the best result is obtained.The result is showed removal rate of COD over 56.7%.
